Minimum Qualifications:

• Completion of an ACGME or AOA Physiatry fellowship program, a combined pediatric/PM&R program, or an internal medicine/PM&R program, OR 2 years of practice in a rehabilitation setting.
• Board Certification/Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
• Previous medical director experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
