This is a fully remote position designed for individuals who want to build meaningful careers while making a real impact—without the pressure of cold calling or traditional sales tactics.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct virtual meetings with veterans and their families to assess their benefit needs
Present supplemental life, accident, and health insurance options clearly and confidently
Maintain organized and compliant digital records
Assist clients with policy updates, claims, and post-enrollment support
Participate in team development, mentorship, and leadership workshops
100% remote work (U.S. only)
Flexible scheduling — set your own hours
All pre-qualified leads provided — no cold calling or prospecting
Commission-based weekly pay with vested renewals
Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses
