Job Summary:
We are looking for a DevOps professional with over 10 years of experience to lead and drive automation, CI/CD pipeline implementation, cloud infrastructure management, and platform reliability. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern DevOps practices, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud-native technologies, and will be instrumental in shaping the DevOps strategy across projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for rapid and reliable software delivery.
• rchitect and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for environment provisioning, configuration management, and deployment.
• Implement and monitor security best practices (DevSecOps) in the CI/CD lifecycle.
• Define and maintain SLAs, SLOs, and monitoring dashboards to ensure platform reliability.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to streamline build, test, and deployment processes.
• Manage and scale containerized environments using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or ECS.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and corrective action for production issues.
• Drive cost optimization strategies and infrastructure performance tuning.

• Scripting & Automation: Bash, Python, Groovy, PowerShell
• Configuration Management: Ansible, Chef, Puppet
• Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, Splunk
• Source Control & Repo Management: Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab
• Security & Compliance: DevSecOps principles, secrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager)
Secondary Skills:
• Service Meshes: Istio, Linkerd
• Serverless computing: AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Google Cloud Functions
• Database management in CI/CD: Flyway, Liquibase
• Performance testing tools: JMeter, Gatling, Locust
• Networking knowledge: VPC, Subnets, Load Balancers, Firewalls
• Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments
• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
Certifications:
Good to have certification on Kubernetes and Terraform
