CTR Group is seeking several Warehouse Technicians in Newport News, VA. Immediate openings and urgently hiring

- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and materials
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for internal departments and customer deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other materialhandling equipment safely
- Organize warehouse storage areas to ensure cleanliness, accessibility, and compliance
- Assist with cycle counts, stock rotation, and inventory audits
- Coordinate with logistics, service, and production teams to support operational needs
- Follow all safety procedures, equipment guidelines, and company policies
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling preferred
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely (up to companyspecified weight limits)
- Familiarity with warehouse management or ERP systems is a plus
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, inventory lookup)
