Personnel Board Member

Are you ready to use your expertise to make an impact in your city? The City of Peoria is calling on residents with experience in employee relations, labor relations, or disciplinary process to join our Personnel Board as a volunteer member.
What You'll Do:
As a member of the Personnel Board, you'll play an important role in reviewing appealable disciplinary cases involving city employees. By examining the findings and recommendations from Hearing Officer(s), you'll provide guidance to the City Manager--ensuring fairness and transparency in every disciplinary decision that is appealed.
