Human resources generalist

We're seeking a skilled and proactive Human Resources Generalist to manage essential HR operations, drive compliance, and provide crucial support to our entire team. This is an advanced-level role perfect for a self-starter who excels at organization, confidentiality, and independent problem-solving.
salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Talent Management: Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, hiring, and new employee onboarding.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to HR laws by preparing and submitting mandated reports to external regulatory agencies.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and related HR matters (FMLA, Worker's Comp, etc.).
- System Integrity: Maintain precise and confidential data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Performance & Development: Coordinate performance review cycles and organize employee training and development events.
