Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. Since 1986, CPT has delivered exceptional, patient-centered care across skilled nursing facilities, memory care communities, assisted and independent living settings, outpatient clinics, and home-based therapy programs-all within a supportive, therapist-led culture.

Requirements:
Current Wisconsin OT license
SNF experience preferred (training available)
Familiarity with Net Health is a plus (training provided)
