EMG Technician - El Paso, TX (Sign on & Relocation Available)

Shifts: Days (Monday 8am - Friday 5pm)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented EMG Technician to join our team. The EMG Technician will be responsible for performing electrodiagnostic studies, including electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction studies (NCS), to assist physicians in diagnosing neuromuscular disorders. The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities, excellent patient care skills, and experience working in a clinical or hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for EMG and NCS procedures, explaining the process and ensuring patient comfort.
- Operate and maintain EMG equipment and related diagnostic instruments.
- Accurately perform nerve conduction studies and assist physicians during EMG examinations.
- Record, monitor, and analyze test results for physician interpretation.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to proper protocols during procedures.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
- Sterilize and care for instruments and equipment as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree in healthcare or related field preferred).
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience is required
- EMG certification is required
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and neuromuscular disorders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care .
