This role provides operational and administrative support to Client Advisors, playing a vital role in delivering comprehensive, relationship-based client service. It's an excellent opportunity to grow within the financial services industry, with clear paths for career advancement. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to perform well in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
  • Manage account maintenance for new and existing clients, including documentation, custodian communication, and regulatory compliance
  • Process money movements, assist with trade execution, and support ad hoc client requests
  • Collaborate with investment, accounting, and operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Prepare and validate reports for client meetings
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Lead and coordinate team projects from initiation to completion
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Prior experience in client service or administrative roles within financial services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (client-facing role)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience preferred
  • Series 65 license is a plus
