As a Team Shift Supervisor, you will be the energetic leader behind our team, inspiring and guiding them to uphold Taco Bell's high standards. You will take on the responsibility of resolving customer concerns, ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile. Your leadership will motivate your team as you provide coaching and direction to help everyone succeed. Collaborating with the management team, you'll play a crucial role in our business initiatives, influencing the future success of our restaurant. This position is ideal for someone who flourishes in a fast-paced setting and is eager to take charge to drive results.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction by following the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and prioritizing guest needs.
  • Overseeing Team Members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks while promoting a clean and organized environment.
  • Ensuring food safety, quality, and accuracy in orders.
  • Addressing customer complaints promptly to maintain positive relationships.
  • Providing regular feedback to the General Manager on Team Member performance.
  • Delivering ongoing constructive and positive feedback to Team Members.
  • Actively engaging in training for Team Members.
  • Managing conflicts constructively and collaborating with the General Manager for resolutions.
  • Assisting the General Manager in the screening process of Team Member candidates.
  • Helping with Profit & Loss management by adhering to cash control and security measures while managing inventory and labor effectively.
  • Ensuring proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.
  • Assisting the General Manager with facility maintenance while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Are You the Right Fit?

  • 1 year of experience in restaurant or retail, with 3 months in a leadership role preferred.
  • Understanding of cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
  • Minimum age of 18 years required.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Possess excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and demonstrate physical dexterity.
  • Strong attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Capability to operate a cash register and provide accurate change.
  • Basic math skills are required.
  • Commitment to maintaining customer satisfaction and adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Promotes and embodies Taco Bell's culture and values.
  • Delivers constructive feedback to Team Members.
  • Executes shift responsibilities efficiently and accurately.
  • Advocates for equity, inclusion, and belonging within the team.
  • Ensures a positive experience for both teammates and customers.

This offer is contingent upon a satisfactory background check and proof of work eligibility. The wage range for this position is between $14-$22/hour, with compensation varying based on geographic location and experience.
