A Contracts and Pricing Anaylst for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed. Remote work. This is a Pricing Analyst/Specialist role responsible for developing, analyzing, and implementing effective pricing strategies by conducting market research, collaborating cross-functionally, and projecting revenue impact, operating as an independent contributor.

responsibilities:

  • Assist in evaluating and implementing pricing strategies and models.

  • Strategies must be based upon current business and competitive market dynamics.

  • Conduct research and perform competitive pricing analysis.

  • Monitor the ongoing competitive environment to protect company reputation and customer satisfaction.

  • Partner with Sales/Marketing, Business Development, and Finance.

  • Correctly position the product portfolio.

  • Establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements.

  • Evaluate opportunities to monetize products initially offered at little to no cost.

  • Evaluate opportunities to create upsell opportunities as products are repositioned.

  • Project the impact of pricing changes, individual promotions, and rebate programs on revenue.

  • Create and administer pricing databases.
Skills:

  • Coordinate the implementation of pricing proposals across the organization.

  • Requires the use of judgment in applying professional expertise.

  • Expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
Education: Typically requires a university degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge.
