This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.

Summary:

Join our dedicated team as a Director of Behavioral Health Programs, where your project management expertise will lead complex, multi-department initiatives. You will drive projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence while employing best practices such as waterfall, iterative, and agile methodologies. This role requires exceptional leadership and collaboration skills to build relationships across divisions and executive teams, align strategic initiatives, and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Support behavioral health and social work programs across the system by standardizing systems, planning strategically, and managing projects in collaboration with affected departments.
  • Develop departmental goals, standards, and objectives that align with the organization's strategic plan and vision. Monitor budgets, compliance, contracts, and vendor relations while overseeing project alignment and governance.
  • Implement and maintain solutions that support the strategies of the behavioral health service line.
  • Conduct analysis and needs assessments for the community and behavioral health partners, respond to internal inquiries, and coordinate activities with cross-functional partners.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • 5 years of relevant experience.
