Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Process Management

    • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Service Management & Task Coordination
    • Create and manage tasks in ServiceNow.
    • Maintain tracking systems and ensure data integrity.
  • Documentation & Compliance
    • Develop and maintain operational documentation.
    • Ensure files meet internal and regulatory standards.
  • Communication & Reporting
    • Prepare correspondence and reports for stakeholders.
    • Proactively communicate potential issues to management.
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist with meeting preparation and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with network operations, billing processes, and documentation best practices.
