Senior Lead Salesforce Developer
Location: Ideally MN but open to Remote

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Senior Lead Salesforce Developer to oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will lead a team, drive best practices, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and deployment of Salesforce applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
  • Ensure data integrity, system integration, and security standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture.
  • Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Architect) are a plus.
