Are you an experienced Medical-Surgical RN looking for a rewarding contract opportunity? We have a 13-week night shift position available in Kerrville, TX, offering $55 per hour for 36 hours a week.
Position: Night MS RN
Location: Kerrville, TX
Pay Rate: $55 per hour
Duration: 13-week contract
Schedule: 36 hours per week, night shifts
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to medical-surgical patients
- Assess, plan, and implement nursing care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory protocols
- Active TX or Compact Registered Nursing License
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications
- Comfortable using Meditech 2.2
- Must be adaptable to a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6
- 12 hours of orientation on the first day
- Client may cancel up to 3 times without penalty
- Competitive pay rate of $55 per hour
