Otolaryngologist (ENT) Join a Growing Team in Jonesboro, AR

A prestigious healthcare provider is looking to expand its team with an additional ENT provider. Practice Setting:

  • 438-bed hospital serving NE Arkansas and SE Missouri with a 600,000 patient population
  • Award-winning medical center, named "Best Places to Work in Arkansas" for 10 consecutive years
  • Level III trauma center with diverse medical staff and over 40 specialties offered
  • State-of-the-art operating rooms and new equipment, including towers, video scopes, and more
  • Support services include Anesthesia, Radiology, ER, and Audiology

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
    • 2-3 days per week in clinic, 2-3 days in the OR; flexible based on provider preference
    • Call is 1:5 and taken from home

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $515,000 guaranteed salary for the first 2 years + production, plus a $100,000 relocation & signing bonus
  • Student loan forgiveness & ACOs Shared Savings Program (CEP) available
  • Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision, and retirement plans with matching
  • Up to $3,000 per year for CME, licensure & DEA reimbursements
