Job Description

A well-established, growing engineering firm, with a location in the area is looking for a Senior Level Civil Engineer to perform busines development activities. This team work hards to ensure projects are planned, designed, and managed to meet not only high expectations, but to exceed our clients' goals as well. They have a work hard/play hard mentality & they invest into all of their employees.

They are looking to add a Senior Civil Engineer to their growing Engineering team. The Senior Civil Engineer's primary role is to build and elevate their presence within the community.

What you will be doing:
  • Utilizing Civil Engineering design skills, prepare design plans, proposals, construction documents, reports and other project-related documents
  • Residential and Commercial site development
  • Create and implement business development strategies
  • Analyze market trends to discover new business channels
  • Attend various networking events
What you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in Civil Engineering design and site development
  • Strong marketing, organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, ability to problem solve
  • P.E. is preferred
