Mortgage Loan Coordinator

Join our dynamic team as a Mortgage Loan Coordinator In this pivotal role, you will oversee the comprehensive mortgage loan process, ensuring that all documentation is collected and processed efficiently. Your attention to detail will help guarantee compliance with policies, regulations, and loan terms, making you an essential part of our lending team.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly review each loan file to confirm all documents are complete, accurate, and ready for underwriting.
- Utilize mortgage software to manage the entire loan process effectively.
- Ensure all loan rules, obligations, and deadlines are consistently met.
- Conduct audits and prepare quality files that align with closing objectives.
- Obtain necessary mortgage loan documentation from clients in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in mortgage loan processing is required.
- Essential knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA loan programs.
- In-depth understanding of the mortgage lending process, including processing, closing, and funding of loans.
- Exceptional prioritization and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with Encompass Software is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
