Hours Per Week: 40
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
SUMMARY:
As a Senior Behavioral Health Therapist, you will use your exceptional communication and assessment skills to support care providers in creating effective treatment plans for patients facing mental health challenges or substance use disorders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, provide counseling, and implement clinical interventions for your caseload.
- Offer individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver patient care, communicating effectively with internal and external care providers.
- Engage in professional supervision and pursue ongoing education to ensure quality care.
- Utilize proficient computer skills to complete necessary documentation promptly and thoroughly.
- Maintain a full caseload while meeting productivity requirements and minimizing missed appointments.
- Meet productivity and documentation standards consistently over the past 12 months.
- Uphold a clean disciplinary record over the past 12 months.
- Supervise and mentor interns.
- Initiate and lead projects, including mentoring new therapists and participating in program improvement committees.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's Degree or PhD in a Human Services field.
- LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, or LMFT licensure.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two years of experience in mental health settings preferred.
EDUCATION:
Master's in Human Services (Required)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Sedentary Work - Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing briefly. Some roles require exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
PAY RANGE:
$66,000.00 - $86,000.00
The listed pay range represents potential base pay for qualified applicants. This may change and could be eligible for additional compensation based on factors like experience, qualifications, and location.
