Join Our Team as a CNC Machine Programmer

Are you proficient in interpreting blueprints and developing CNC programs? We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Programmer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with CAD data and technical drawings to produce high-quality component parts and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Interpret blueprints and drawings with precision.
  2. Develop and prepare CNC programs based on CAD data or prints for parts and assemblies.
  3. Utilize your drafting and programming skills to enhance our production processes.
  4. Leverage prior experience with CNC and Nesting to contribute to team success.
  5. Execute initial checks, in-process evaluations, and end-of-run reports to ensure quality standards are met.
  6. Design and layout checking fixtures accurately.
  7. Address layout requests and report any issues promptly.
  8. Collaborate with product and quality engineers to review layout designs.
  9. Monitor gauge control software and ensure proper calibration and verification of gauges according to schedule and procedures.
