Title: SOC Lead

Salary Range: $61/hr

Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our Security Operations Center (SOC) and ensure the highest level of security monitoring, analysis, and response. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to safeguarding our digital environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • 9-12 years of experience in cybersecurity roles
  • 7 years of experience with Cyber insurance
  • Proficiency in SIEM, EDR, logs, memory analysis, and network telemetry
  • Experience leading L1, L2, and SIEM engineer SOC teams
  • Strong understanding of ticket management and SLA tracking
  • Ability to oversee BAU operations, including shift governance, dashboards, and reporting
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage SOC teams to ensure 24x7 monitoring, analysis, and response
  • Conduct deep-dive investigations using advanced cybersecurity tools and techniques
  • Maintain and improve operational processes and ensure compliance with security policies
