Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in desktop support.
  • Experience in supporting remote associates.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Familiarity with desktop management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for desktop systems and applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for remote users.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure efficient technology operations.
