Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage global tax compliance, including preparation and filing of international, federal, state, and local tax returns, estimated payments, and extensions.
  • Identify opportunities for tax savings and efficiencies through careful analysis of operations and structure.
  • Manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities, responding to information requests.
  • Provide tax-related financial analysis and insights to support decision-making by senior management and stakeholders.
  • Implement controls and processes to ensure accurate and compliant tax reporting.
  • Collaborate with external advisors, legal counsel, and auditors to address tax matters effectively
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • CPA License certification
  • 5-6 years of experience in a Big Four or mid-tier public accounting firm
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools, strong skills in Excel and other data analysis tools.
Experience:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a private equity firm, financial services, or a related industry.
  • Expertise in managing tax compliance processed, optimizing tax position, and advising on the tax implications of various financial transactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals.
