What You Bring to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 7-10 years' experience in ocean shipping or freight forwarding, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role
- Strong understanding of the Midwest market
- A passion for leading, building, and winning in a competitive commercial environment
- Proven success driving results within a large or matrix organization
