You will work with the highest quality installers in Nashville. If your skills include carpentry, mechanics, construction, hardware and/or metal working, we want you on our team.
We work on the highest profile projects in and around downtown Nashville for brands like The Four Seasons, Hilton, Marriot, The W, Opry, and The Peabody.
Job Responsibilities:
• Receive materials on jobsites
• Inventory and distribute materials on site
• Follow the daily work plan per your Site Lead
• Read and follow hardware installation instructions
• Measure, mark and cut materials to fit
• Operate nail and screw guns
• Install specialties, frames, doors and trim as needed
• Work with other team members to complete projects on time
• Meet or exceed our high-quality standards
Requirements:
1. Be respectful to your teammates.

3. Contribute to achieving the daily project goals.
4. Follow directions from your site Lead.
5. Ask questions.
6. Be punctual.
7. Properly care for the tools of the trade.
8. Wear your PPE at all times, hardhat, safety glasses, safety vest, work boots. (We will provide the hardhat, safety glasses and safety vest)
9. Drivers license and reliable vehicle
Experience:
- Experience in door installation, carpentry, general construction, welding or a related field
- Mechanical knowledge and ability
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
