Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for clients and families, creating a welcoming environment.
- Provide individualized outpatient therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support clients' mental health journeys.
- Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.
- Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms promptly and responsibly.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and other therapists for holistic mental health care.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
- Possession of a provisional license per state regulations, if required.
- Strong dedication to ongoing professional development and high-quality care.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to build rapport with clients.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to handle documentation efficiently.
