Requirements McLaren Medical Group - Bay Region seeks a Locum Emergency Medicine physicianThis assignment is strictly onsite. There is no call associated with Emergency Medicine. Shift times are:0600 0600Current shifts are: Filled By Start Date Shift Start Time - Shift End Time End Date 12/31/ - /31/2025 1/12/ - 0000 1/13/2026 1/17/ - 0600 1/18/2026 1/24/ - 0600 1/25/2026 1/25/ - 0600 1/26/2026 1/30/ - 0600 1/31/2026 1/31/ - 0600 2/1/2026 Rate cap is 400/hourJOB DETAILS:Reason for Locum Coverage: Recruitment GapPatients per day: total 80 day 1.8 patients per hour for physicians Staff Support: APP 12 hours full ED support with nursing and tech full radiology full labCurrent EHR in use: CernerProcedures/Skills Required:Family Medicine Procedures/Skills: Adult Outpatient Pediatric-General Outpatient Newborn resuscitation Orthopedic-Non-displaced fractures Suturing of minor lacerations Incision amp Drainage Psychiatric-Uncomplicated adult Psychiatric-Uncomplicated child/adolescent Psychiatric-Uncomplicated geriatric Diagnosis amp management of common industrial-related medical problems Ventilation management-establishing amp maintaining an airway various modes of ventilation for up to 24 hrs w/o pulmonary consultation Evaluation amp management of acute volume/BP issues Central Line Arterial Line EKG Interpretation Arthrocentesis Lumbar puncture Paracentesis EM related proceduresExpenses:No Flights travel must be in line with McLaren/AHSA Travel Policy Does NOT reimburse Med Staff FeesNo lodging booked through 3rd party websites ie expedia kayak etcMcLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodgingRates to Submit: Malpractice must be included in ratesOrientation - 1/2 of hourly rate for orientation and trainingHourly - 400/hourHoliday - 1.5xOT - 1.5xConversion FeeSite uses reverse billing - provider must clock in/out using DocTime - no timesheets will be approved
