About Our Client

Job Description
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and bids based on project requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Oversee procurement and ensure materials and equipment are acquired as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Analyze completed projects to identify areas for improvement in cost estimation and project execution.
  • Manage Projects as a Project Manager outside of Estimating responsibilities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Estimator/PM should have:
  • Proficiency in construction project management and cost estimation tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with various teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions under tight deadlines.
  • A degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
