Heatherwood is on a mission to create high-quality places that inspire a genuine sense of community. As a Maintenance Tech II for Heatherwood, you are the driving force in providing great service to our residents in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Apply a "Safety First" approach to every day at Heatherwood.
- A minimum experience of 2+ years of multifamily residential, commercial, or hotel maintenance, or similar experience.
- Maintain the property's interior and exterior standards.
- Openness and approachability to feedback and consistent communication
- Understanding and experience with the following mechanical systems, but not limited to: HVAC equipment, plumbing (water heaters, drain clearing, fixture replacement and repair), minor electrical repair, appliance repair, drywall prep and repair, painting, and carpentry.
- Knowledge of building systems including fire sprinklers, fire alarms, and central mechanical/HVAC systems
- Solid understanding of general building maintenance, work order management, and apartment make-ready process.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and problem-solve maintenance issues.
- Shared responsibility of "On-Call" schedule with your property and other Heatherwood property teammates.
- Job responsibility requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching, kneeling, stooping, crawling, and climbing.

- CPR certification is required at locations with Level 4 Pool Supervision Requirements

Salary Description
$23/hr to $28/hr
