Your Role:
- Drive client retention, contract upgrades, and promote Bitsight's diverse product offerings by crafting and executing a comprehensive territory plan.
- Clearly communicate the business and technical advantages of Bitsight’s solutions and serve as a strategic advisor to clients, aiming to expand our footprint.
- Establish and nurture relationships with C-Level executives in selected accounts.
- Provide accurate forecasting of deals on a monthly and quarterly basis to leadership.
- Identify and define the strategic, organizational, and financial aims of your assigned clients.
- Create and implement tailored account plans and sales campaigns for designated clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within Bitsight to devise and execute action plans that enhance the usage of our products and services.
- Maintain up-to-date and precise account information in the CRM for all assigned accounts.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-4 years of successful experience in a similar role, demonstrating a progressive career as a Strategic Account Manager.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field is essential.
- Experience in SaaS is a must, with a strong preference for candidates with cybersecurity and cyber risk management expertise.
- Fluency in both English and German is required.
- Prior experience in the DACH market is crucial, while familiarity with Benelux and Nordics markets is advantageous.
- Strong skills in territory and contract management, alongside exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- A consultative and solution-oriented mindset with proven relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
- High energy, integrity, self-motivation, a positive outlook, and a proactive working style are imperative.
- A proven record of success in a client-focused environment is essential.
