Each Villa houses only 12 Elders, with a 1:6 caregiver-to-Elder ratio allowing you to build real relationships and provide care that truly matters.

What You'll Do

As a Care Partner, you'll provide hands-on care in a way that feels like family, not just work:

  • Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal care
  • Help with medications and health monitoring
  • Prepare and serve home-cooked meals
  • Engage in meaningful activities and companionship
  • Handle light housekeeping and laundry
  • Most importantly, create a warm, nurturing home for the Elders

Qualifications
• 6+ months of healthcare experience or C.N.A./HHA certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18+ years old or 21+ years for overnight
• Reliable transportation
