Position: Dietary Aide - Part Time

Pay: $17+

Delta View Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and reliable Dietary Aide to join our full-time team. The Dietary Aide reports to the Dietary Supervisor and Cook and is responsible for preparing and serving meals, cleaning the kitchen area, and ensuring a sanitary dining experience for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and set up patient meal trays.
  • Distribute and serve meals and snacks to residents.
  • Collect and clean used meal trays, including stripping trays and washing dishes.
  • Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine, monitoring chlorine and water temperature.
  • Restock groceries and supplies in a safe and sanitary manner.
  • Assist with general kitchen duties, including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining clean work surfaces and refrigerators.
  • Help orient and train new dietary staff.
  • Collaborate effectively with all department personnel.
