Job Title: Employee Development Specialist
Location: Everett WA
Duration: 12+ months
Pay Range: $40-45/hr

This position is 100% onsite and requires candidates to be either U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders due to government regulations.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Apply knowledge of instructional skills, including preparation, delivery, summary, assessing student progress, remediation, motivation, and engagement.
  • Utilize a variety of media to clearly convey information and ideas to individuals or groups, engaging the audience to facilitate understanding and retention of the content.
  • Identify business-specific learning objectives and adapt curriculum content and delivery methods accordingly.
  • Identify potential issues impacting performance and recommend development of improvement strategies.
  • Assess requirements and schedule courses and instructors effectively.
  • Analyze, validate, optimize, and coordinate training requests for new hires, recalls, and transfer employees.
  • Support off-shift work as necessary.
  • This position is expected to be 100% onsite at one of the specified location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Experience with giving presentations and public speaking.
  • At least 1 year of experience using reporting tools.
  • 3 years of experience with electrical assembly and/or electronic materials.
  • 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • 3 years of experience working with detailed work instructions or reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings.
