As a Nuclear Medicine PET CT Technologist, you will:
- Perform Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT hybrid procedures, adhering to all state and NRC regulations.
- Utilize your knowledge of growth and development principles to provide physicians with critical diagnostic images that guide treatment plans.
- Operate cameras that accurately detect and map radioactive drugs within the patient's body to generate diagnostic images.
- Position patients effectively and prepare/administer radiopharmaceuticals according to established protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program.
- Certified Nuclear Medical Tech credentialed from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (CNMT) or R.T.(N) (ARRT); CT Advanced certification by ARRT is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Nuclear Tech PET/CT and SPECT/CT is preferred.
