We're currently looking for a Wholesale Customer Service / Order Processing Representative to join our team and play a critical part in our daily operations. This dynamic role supports our ordering process and customer service operations.

What You'll Do:
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages from customers, dealers, and partners
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and general support
- Enter, update, and process orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Handle returns, exchanges, shipping issues, and other order-related concerns
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Provide friendly, professional, and proactive communication at all time
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support department operations
What You Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service or order processing (automotive/tire industry a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with order entry systems, email platforms, and basic office software
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong organizational skills
- Cash application experience preferred
- Strong 10 key/keyboarding skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy while multitasking effectively
- Must have confidential and ethical conduct
- Ability to regularly lift, push, or move 10 pounds; occasionally lift, push, or move 25 pounds
- Ability to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
