Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage data and analytics projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria, while tracking progress against detailed project plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, analysts, IT specialists, and business stakeholders.
• Analyze project data and outcomes to provide insights and identify areas for improvement or risk mitigation.
• Facilitate effective communication with senior management and stakeholders through status updates, dashboards, and reports.
• Ensure project compliance with company standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Support data integrity and governance initiatives by integrating quality controls throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide project team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing data and analytics projects within an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and visualization methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder management and executive reporting.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).
• Experience working with data platforms, analytics tools, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and governance best practices.
