Job Summary

We are seeking a Deltek Costpoint Techno-Functional Lead to provide technical solutions for data extraction, mapping, transformation, and migration from Deltek Costpoint ERP to Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS).

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ERP implementations, data conversions, and performance tuning, along with the ability to coordinate with stakeholders and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare technical specifications, solution designs, and develop/customize technical components.
  • Plan and execute testing, including system integration testing, UAT support, cut-over, and go-live activities.
  • Build custom solutions such as interfaces and data conversions.
  • Perform error reporting and corrections for incompatible data during migration from Costpoint to EBS.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with customers, business SMEs, and other vendors to ensure successful delivery.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of strong technical experience in Deltek Costpoint ERP implementation and support.
  • Expertise in data extraction methods from Deltek Costpoint and mapping/transformation for Oracle EBS compatibility.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Experience in performance tuning and optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
