Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center currently is hiring Guest Relations Representatives

Variety of Schedules Available:

  • Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) 10am - 6pm

The Guest Relations Representative is a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members. Responsible for providing a welcoming and genuine environment and address concerns to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.

Education

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

Certification/Licensure

  • No specific certification or licensure requirements

Experience

  • Customer Service - 1 year

Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center located in Woodbridge, VA is a 183-bed not-for-profit hospital.
