What You'll Do

As a Home Health Aide, you'll be an essential part of our care team, assisting clients with:

  • Personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Mobility support, range-of-motion exercises, and light assistance with transfers

  • Medication reminders and daily wellness checks

  • Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining a safe, clean environment

  • Companionship, emotional support, and meaningful conversation

  • Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition to the clinical team

What We're Looking For

  • Active Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or equivalent experience

  • CPR Certification (preferred)

  • Reliable transportation and a strong sense of responsibility

  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing quality care

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
