- Assist with developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating activity programs for residents
- Ensure spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social needs are maintained in a group and Individual basis
- National Certification Council for Activity Professionals (NCCAP) certification preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Positive Can-Do Attitude
- Excellent Attendance
