If interested in this Home Health Physical Therapist position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration Brittney Blackman | bblackman@alinestaffing.com | text 5867107970 HOME HEALTH PHYSICAL THERAPIST | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION: Location: Knoxville TN 37922 – 100% On-site Payrate: $55.95/hr + mileage reimbursement Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No required weekends (optional if you want them) No on-call or overtime requirements HOME HEALTH PHYSICAL THERAPIST | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Home Health Physical Therapist role focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting while supporting functional independence and recovery. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates HOME HEALTH PHYSICAL THERAPIST | RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments based on physician referrals Complete comprehensive patient assessments using appropriate clinical tools Review medical histories, diagnoses, and precautions prior to treatment Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals Reassess patient progress regularly and adjust plans as needed Communicate patient progress with physicians, care teams, and family members Recommend and assist with adaptive equipment to improve patient function Maintain timely and accurate clinical and billing documentation Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy Aides in accordance with state regulations Participate in staff meetings, education, and ongoing professional development HOME HEALTH PHYSICAL THERAPIST | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license or compact license Home Health experience required Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience required Vestibular therapy experience (nice to have, not required) Take the Next Step Join a company that values your growth and contributions.
