Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager with a strong background in both recruiting and accounting/finance to join our growing Dallas team. This is a ground-floor opportunity with significant upside, including a path to future leadership. You'll collaborate closely with an experienced Business Development partner who will consistently generate and share client opportunities, enabling you to establish and expand your book of business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is ready to make a meaningful impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit candidates across all levels for Accounting and Finance roles
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, and facilitating offers
  • Build and manage a client portfolio by identifying prospective companies, initiating outreach, conducting discovery calls, presenting service offerings, negotiating terms, and maintaining long-term relationships
  • Conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications, career goals, and compensation expectations, while aligning candidate profiles with client needs and role specifications
  • Prepare candidates for client interviews by providing detailed guidance on expectations, company culture, and role requirements; debrief candidates and clients post-interview to ensure alignment and feedback exchange
  • Extend verbal offers to selected candidates, assist in negotiations, and coordinate with clients to finalize hiring decisions and onboarding timelines
  • Build and maintain a robust network of professionals using referrals, job boards, cold outreach, and social media
  • Contribute to creative recruiting initiatives including video content, blogs, and social media campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and internal databases
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of total professional experience, including earlier work in public accounting, corporate accounting, or a blend required
  • 2+ years of Recruiting experience, particularly in Accounting & Finance, is highly preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Proven ability to build and nurture professional relationships
  • Passion for helping others and a genuine interest in career development
