Advantage Tech is looking for a Power BI Developer to join their client's team in Kansas City, Mo.

Summary:
We are looking for a Power BI Developer with 2-4 years of experience in building reports, dashboards, and data models. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Power BI, DAX, and SQL Server, with the ability to transform business requirements into meaningful insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries/stored procedures on SQL Server.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs.
  • Ensure accuracy, performance, and security of BI solutions.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience with Power BI and SQL Server.
  • Strong T-SQL, DAX, and Power Query skills.
  • Experience with ETL concepts and data warehousing.
  • Experience with on-premise database servers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Azure SQL Database, Data Factory, SSIS/SSRS.
  • Agile/Scrum methodology exposure.
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control.
  • Data Analytics, Data Engineering
