Business Analyst (Oracle FLEXCUBE)

Location: Ewing, NJ

Type: Contract

Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE, strong data analysis capabilities, and solid functional knowledge of corporate banking. The ideal candidate should be proficient in SQL, MS Excel, and Python, with exposure to key areas such as Trade Finance, Treasury, and Lending. This role requires prior experience working in Agile environments, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving business-technology alignment.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE (must-have).
  • Strong expertise in SQL and MS Excel for data analysis.
  • Good programming skills in Python.
  • Solid functional knowledge of corporate banking.
  • Good understanding of Trade Finance, Treasury, and Lending processes.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with end-to-end project involvement.
  • Strong background in working within Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
