- Competitive base pay plus uncapped monthly commissions
- Audiologist: $65,000-$68,000 / Hearing Instrument Specialist: $60,000-$65,000

- Deliver exceptional patient experiences from testing through fitting and follow-up care
- Conduct hearing tests and diagnose hearing loss using clinical protocols
- Recommend and sell hearing aids and accessories tailored to patient needs
- Manage office operations and contribute to marketing and growth initiatives
- Collaborate closely with a regional manager and support team
- Be able to do the job as described
- Hold a current state license in good standing (HIS or AuD)
- Proficient in NOAH, Inspire OS, and patient management software
- Strong communicator with a caring, consultative approach
