As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our buildings and equipment. Ensure everything runs smoothly and safely by keeping systems in excellent condition and compliant with state and federal codes. Engage in daily inspections and take on light plumbing, carpentry, and drywall tasks. You’ll work collaboratively with plumbers, HVAC techs, carpenters, and electricians to ensure all components perform at their best. Bring your skills and enthusiasm to help us maintain a safe and operational environment

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Maintenance: Service equipment in accordance with manufacturer, federal, state, and insurance standards; complete maintenance logs and records.
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Address malfunctions quickly, test machines, and inspect buildings and equipment.
  • Documentation: Record all work completed, manage work orders for billing, and keep historical maintenance records.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly test equipment, alert supervisors to any irregularities, and follow technical manuals for procedures.
  • Safety and Compliance: Follow safety policies, maintain clean work areas, use proper personal protective equipment (PPE), and adhere to company uniform and conduct standards.
  • Inventory and Training: Monitor inventory, participate in training sessions, and stay updated with industry publications.
  • Guest and Staff Support: Assist guests with equipment concerns, and collaborate with other departments as necessary.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with critical system locations and maintain hot tub areas and Saflok systems.
Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
Driving:
  • Valid Driver's license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program.
Preferred Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years as a maintenance worker or relevant vocational certification.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
