Are you a licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) professional with a passion for helping businesses navigate their insurance needs? Do you thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment? Our reputable agency is looking for a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager / Risk Advisor to join our team in Midland, Michigan

In this essential role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our commercial clients, providing exceptional service and strategic advice. You'll go beyond basic support, actively contributing to client success by understanding their unique risks and ensuring they have the right coverage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to commercial clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Handle diverse customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide information on policies and services.
  • Accurately quote new policies and process policy endorsements.
  • Assist with billing questions, payments, and other insurance-related needs.
  • Collaborate closely with company underwriters to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions, primarily over the phone with occasional in-person client meetings.

Education & Experience

  • A valid Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License is a MUST.
  • While 1+ year of experience in an insurance agency customer service environment is ideal, we strongly encourage highly motivated candidates with a strong professional background who have recently obtained their P&C license to apply
