Excellent opportunity for a Commercial Project Engineer looking to join an industry leading general contractor, working on exciting projects within a close-knit team, for a company offering fantastic progression opportunities in a collaborative environment.

This is for a well-established construction general contractor, highly respected in the commercial, environmental, healthcare and education sectors. Offering multiple services, they pride themselves on the quality of service they provide, using proprietary techniques to see projects through to completion. They have built a reputation for being a fantastic place to grow a construction career and remain the go to company for the most exciting projects in the area. Utilizing the most innovative methods to meet their client's goals, teamwork has been central to their continuous growth over the last decade.

In this role you will be liaising with the Project Manager and Superintendent to maintain schedules, budgets and quality. You will also be responsible for requisition, submittals, purchasing, RFIs, change orders, safety and plans. You should be able to communicate effectively with all critical stakeholders, making changes and adjustments where necessary to execute a project within the required timescales.

The Role

  • Ensure project completion through schedule, technical and cost specifications
  • Responsible for scheduling, budgets, submittals, RFIs, purchasing, change orders and plans
  • Interact with the Project Manager and Superintendent
  • $60,000 - $70,000 + Bonus + Insurances + Training + Progression Available

  • Commercial construction project experience
  • Experience as a Project Engineer
  • Experience on multi-million dollar projects
