Orthopedic APP Opportunity in Bristol, TNEmployment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Bristol, TNKey Responsibilities:Perform patient evaluations including history, physical assessment, and diagnostic reviewDevelop and implement therapeutic care plans in collaboration with supervising physicianEducate patients, families, and caregiversAdminister injections, aspirations, sutures/staples, and perform reductions of fractures/dislocationsAssist in orthopedic surgeries as directed by the surgeonReview labs, imaging, and therapy reportsMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsPerform emergency first aid procedures as neededParticipate in daily clinical activities and adhere to established protocolsRequirements:Bachelor's degree requiredGraduate of an accredited Physician Assistant programNational certification by the NCCPA requiredMust hold and maintain a valid PA licensePrevious experience in minor medical or emergency care requiredMust have intermediate computer skills and EMR proficiencySchedule & Expectations:Full-time schedule with regular and predictable attendance requiredTeam-oriented, cooperative work style expectedMust be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodationsBenefits:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceHRA option and flexible spending accountBasic and voluntary life insuranceLong- and short-term disability optionsAccident and critical illness insurance401(k) with matching + profit sharingPaid time off and 8 paid holidaysEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Join a high-performance orthopedic team and make a lasting impact on patient care in eastern Tennessee.
