As a Customer Service Team Member (CSTM), you are the friendly face of Wawa, ensuring every customer experience is exceptional. Our CSTMs take pride in being part of a beloved brand that puts people first and brightens every day.

Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly to understand and fulfill their needs quickly. Prepare a variety of food items, including breakfast selections, sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas, while keeping the coffee station well-maintained. Manage transactions at the cash register, handle payments, and assist with age-restricted product verifications. Keep store shelves stocked and inviting, ensuring a fresh shopping experience. Maintain cleanliness and safety within the store by adhering to established policies and procedures. Complete general housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Must be 16 years or older with reliable transportation.
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative team setting.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $16.00 to $20.00, based on experience and location. A $1.50 shift differential is available for hours worked between 12am - 6am.
